Premium Cookware
SURFACE: We use a titanium-strengthened 316Ti cooking surface that is 20 times more resistant to corrosion than type 304 steel, creating the most non-reactive and durable cooking surface available.
BODY: We use an advanced type of 5-ply steel that uses 3 layers of aluminum to ensure even heating and a titanium-strengthened, induction-ready 439 stainless steel on the exterior. This exterior has better corrosion resistance properties than the typical 430 or 409 exterior.
HANDLE: We created a custom hollow handle constructed from five separate machined parts that both fits comfortably in your hand and stays cool while on the stovetop.
